What is the one area that you need to fix in yourself as a teacher? What is your plan to fix it?

I always had a hard time keeping up with grading. One thing I felt that really helped me, was sitting down at the end of each day and just dedicating some time to organizing, making notes on behaviors for the day, prioritizing which assignments needed to be read carefully and which could just be checked as completed. That really helped me to get a handle on things.
