If you notice that there are changes you would like to make to the administration of your classroom, should you begin making these changes now, at this point in the school year? Should you wait until after spring break and make the changes when we return? Or, should you just keep a list, really perfect these ideas over the summer, and then implement them in the fall? You wouldn’t want to throw off students and also don't want to overwhelm yourself... but think of the improvements to structure, routine, and technology in the classroom! What do you think?

I think it's not a bad idea to make small changes during the year. If things could be improved, why not? I would probably hold off on the drastic changes, though. It could end up making things worse if it's really confusing for students to switch to a whole new plan.
