Do you make students show work for each problem, or do you only care that they get the right answer and don't worry so much about their "process"? Do you take points off on tests/quizzes if they don't show work? How much work is considered sufficient?

I did, because a simple mistake in adding or subtracting at the last step could result in an incorrect answers, when the student actually grasped the concept and knew what to do. I wouldn't want them to lose all their points when they did have the skill.
